Thank you for shopping at Gypsy G. We hope you love your new item/s but if you are not fully satisfied, we are happy to refund or exchange any* item providing the goods are returned unworn and in their original condition and packaging.

Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. 

Customers are entitled to a full refund for a faulty item, up to 30 days after receiving the item. Only manufacturing faults will be considered. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

The buyer is responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty. We advise that you send the item by Recorded Delivery. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
